How it will work
Designed for VAT invoice workflowsCheck with your accountant about your store’s exact tax requirements.
The invoice gap
Small information gaps can turn a routine invoice into another support task. The planned product is focused on catching those gaps earlier.
Customer VAT numbers and business details can be absent when the order is ready to invoice.
Discounts, prices, tax, and currencies need to appear clearly on the final document.
Creating and resending corrected invoices adds avoidable support and accounting work.
Invoice errors can delay customer paperwork and create uncertainty for the merchant.
A simple three-step workflow
No dashboard theatre—just the workflow the future product is intended to automate.
Review the final order and required VAT details.
Generate a clear VAT invoice PDF.
Send correct invoices automatically or warn the merchant before a bad invoice reaches the customer.
What better looks like

Spend less time attaching and resending documents.
See gaps before an invoice reaches the customer.
Use the final paid order as the starting point.
Help buyers receive documents without chasing your team.
